Our place is over in Okhla, specifically at F90/21. If you know Okhla, you know it’s always packed with trucks and people working in all sorts of trades. Kundan Power Products Pvt Ltd has been here for a good bit of time now. We deal with power-related stuff, so there’s usually a lot of heavy parts and electrical components sitting around the workshop floor. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes with all the boxes, but we know where everything is. The office part is tucked away in one corner, and it’s where we handle the orders and talk to customers on the phone. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the job. Most of the staff have been here for years, so we all know each other’s habits. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there; we just want to make sure the products we send out actually work like they should. It’s a messy, honest kind of business. There’s always someone coming in or out with a delivery or a question about a part. We don't have a lot of time for formalities. Usually, we're just focused on fixing things or getting an order ready for dispatch. It’s a solid, local operation that fits right into the busy landscape of Okhla.
