You can find us on the ground floor of Rectangle Mall over in Saket at unit number 20. It’s a decent spot, though sometimes the mall gets really crowded on weekends. We deal with communication systems, mostly those little buzzers and pagers you see in restaurants when you’re waiting for a table. It’s funny how such small pieces of plastic can make such a big difference in how a place runs. We spend our days testing equipment and talking to managers who are tired of people crowding around their host stands. Our office isn't very large but we keep it organized with shelves full of batteries and spare parts. We do a lot of troubleshooting over the phone or just showing people how to charge the units properly. It’s practical stuff. We’ve been here in Saket for a bit and we like the neighborhood. The pace can be fast when a big order comes in or when a client has a technical glitch that needs fixing right away. We just try to be helpful and get the gear out the door. It isn't a glamorous job but it feels good to help businesses stay organized. Most of the time we’re just drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets or packing boxes to send across Delhi. We aren't looking to change the world, just trying to make sure the pagers actually vibrate when they’re supposed to.
