Century Ultrapack

We are situated at B-2/64 in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate. This part of Delhi is always moving, and the roads around here are constantly clogged with tempos and delivery trucks. Our warehouse is a big open space with high ceilings, which stays surprisingly cool even when it’s boiling outside. We spend the bulk of our time moving boxes around and checking the inventory. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and stacking things until the pallets are full. We have a small corner partitioned off for the office stuff, but it’s mostly just a desk and a few chairs. There’s no fancy air conditioning in the main area, just some big fans that move the air around. We’ve been in this estate for a good while, so we know the guards and the other business owners nearby. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sitting on some crates and eating whatever we brought from home. We don't really have a marketing team or anyone to make us look big. We are just a local packaging outfit. Most of our day is spent making sure the machines are fed with raw material and the finished packs are stacked straight. It’s honest work that keeps us on our feet. By the time we pull down the rolling shutter at the end of the day, we are usually pretty worn out, but we are glad the work is done and we can go home.
