Our place, Siddhi Vinayak Solvex Private Limited, is located at 22/297 on Balaghat Road, right near the P.W.D office. It is an old area and the building has been around for a long time. Working in the solvex business means things can get a little messy and loud. We aren't sitting in a quiet office with air conditioning all day. Most of the time, we are out where the machines are, making sure everything is running like it should. We wear clothes that we don't mind getting dirty because there is always some oil or dust around. The building itself is pretty basic. We have large windows that we keep open to get a breeze going, especially during the humid months. People often stop by thinking we are part of the P.W.D office, and we have to point them next door. It’s just part of being at this address. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just show up in the morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home in the evening. The paperwork is kept in some old metal cabinets that have been with us since we started. It’s a straightforward way of life. We focus on getting the processing done and keeping the equipment in good shape. It’s just a normal, local business doing what we know how to do.
