Shree Idli Express Llp

Shree Idli Express Llp is right in the middle of Green Park Main, specifically at X-10. We are on the first floor, tucked between the V and X blocks. If you know the local mandir, we are very close to that. This part of South West Delhi is always busy with people going to the temple or the market. We mostly focus on South Indian snacks, and the smell of sambar is usually floating around the hallway. The space is a bit narrow, so we have to be careful how we arrange the stoves and the steaming racks. Being at 110016 means we get a lot of office workers coming in during their lunch breaks. It is a fast-paced environment and we don't have much time for sitting down once the morning rush starts. The building is a typical Delhi structure where everyone is packed in together. We share the floor with a few other small businesses, so there is always someone coming or going. Sometimes the plumbing gives us trouble, but we just call the local guy and get it fixed. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant. We just want to serve decent idlis and keep the business running. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the weather is humid and the steam from the idli makers fills up the room. We just keep our heads down and work.
