Our factory is over in Okhla Phase-I, specifically at F-3/10. Okhla is a massive industrial area in Delhi, and it’s always full of activity. You hear the sound of machines and trucks as soon as you enter the gate. Our building is a sturdy, practical place that has been here for a long time. It’s not fancy at all. The walls are a bit stained, and there’s always a bit of dust because of the plastic manufacturing we do. Inside, it's quite loud with the production lines running. We don't have a nice lobby for guests. Usually, anyone who visits us just walks through the main floor to the small office in the back. My desk is piled high with folders and old registers. We have a good team of workers, many of whom have lived in the area for years. We don't spend money on marketing or ads. Most of our clients have been with us for a long time and they know our work. During the summer, it gets very hot in the units, so we have some big fans to keep the air moving. It’s a tough, physical environment, but it’s what we do. We eat our lunch together near the entrance when it's quiet. We don't have any complicated corporate rules. We just make sure the machines are working and the orders get shipped out on time. It’s a very direct way of working.
