We’re up on the third floor of a building in Safdarjung Enclave, specifically Property B-7/98 Extension. This part of New Delhi has a certain energy to it, and we fit right into that. We deal with the hospitality side of things, mostly focused on the beverage side of the business. The office is often cluttered with sample bottles and glass sets. It’s not your typical quiet office. There’s usually music playing and people talking about new drink menus or event layouts. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and bar managers across the city. Safdarjung is a great area, but the parking is a nightmare, so we usually just walk or take a rickshaw. Our team is small, mostly people who have worked in bars or hotels before. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just focus on making sure the logistics for the drinks and the service are sorted out. Some days are slow and we just do inventory, and other days it’s a total scramble to get everything ready for an event. It gets a bit messy sometimes, with crates stacked in the corners. We aren't trying to be the biggest hospitality group out there. We just like the work and the people we meet in the industry. It's a lot of nights and long hours, but that's what we do.
