Sachdeva Lunch Dinner

We've been at Shop No M 71 in Greater Kailash I for a while now. Most days it’s just about getting the food ready on time. We do lunch and dinner, mostly for the people who live around here or work in the nearby offices. The space isn't very big, but it works for what we do. Usually, things get busy around 1 PM and then again in the evening. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the orders pile up, especially on weekends, but we just handle them as they come. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't really have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is cooked right and packed up properly. People know where to find us. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on the cooking. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit slow, or the supply deliveries are late, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, yet we stay right here in the same spot. It’s a busy area, but we've got our routine down. Nothing too complicated about it. We just open up in the morning, prep the vegetables, get the stove going, and stay until the last dinner order is gone. It's a lot of standing around and heat from the kitchen, but it’s what we do every day. It's not a glamorous life, but we are here.
