Rosang Cafe & Store

Rosang Cafe & Store is tucked away in Hauz Khas Village, at Rama Market 35. This neighborhood has a very specific feel to it that you won't find elsewhere. It’s a mix of old buildings and new spots that have just opened up. Rama Market is a bit different from the main party area of the village, which we kind of like. We have both a cafe and a store area, so there’s always something to organize or clean. At number 35, we try to keep things steady and moving. The narrow lanes of Hauz Khas can be a bit confusing for people who haven't been here before. We see a lot of students and people who work in the creative offices nearby. Our days are filled with making coffee, serving food, and checking the stock in the store. It’s not a massive operation. We don’t have a big corporate office somewhere else. Everything happens right here on the floor. Sometimes the internet is slow or the water delivery is late, and we just deal with it as it comes. It’s a very human way of running a business. We like the regulars who come in and sit for a while with their laptops. We don’t try to rush people out the door. Being in Hauz Khas Village means you never know who is going to walk through the door next. Rosang Cafe & Store is just our little corner where we do our thing every day.
