Ritnika International

We are located in the Mohan Co-Operative Industrial Estate, which is right off Mathura Road. The specific spot is B-1/E-9. Ritnika International has been in this industrial patch for quite some time. It’s a busy part of Delhi with a lot of trucks and workers moving around at all hours. Our building is pretty standard for this area, just a functional space where we handle our business. We deal with garments and exports, so there’s always a lot of fabric and finished goods sitting around. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a workspace where things actually happen. The noise from Mathura Road is something you just learn to ignore after a while. We have a small team here, and everyone knows what they need to do. We don't have any big corporate slogans. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet is slow, and we just deal with it like everyone else around here. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of place. Most of our day is spent checking quality or packing boxes. We take our lunches together and complain about the heat in the summer. It’s just a regular workplace where people are trying to earn their keep. We’ve been here long enough that the guards at the gate know us by name and we know the tea guy down the street.
