Rising Sun Tiffin & Catering Services (Opc) Private Limited is based out of F-B/25, ground floor in Madanpur Khadar, Phase-III, over in the Duli Chand Colony area of Sarita Vihar. If you come by early in the morning, the first thing you will notice is the smell of cooking and the sound of metal tiffin boxes being stacked up. Our space is basically a large kitchen and a packing area. It is not a fancy restaurant with waiters; it is a place where we get work done. We start while most people are still sleeping because the tiffins have to be ready to go out before the morning rush starts. The ground floor location is essential because we are constantly moving heavy pots and crates of vegetables. The neighborhood is quite cramped, and we have to be careful with where we park our delivery bikes so we do not block the neighbors. It is a messy, loud, and hot environment most of the time. We do not have a lot of office space, just a small desk in the corner where we keep track of the daily menus and the addresses for delivery. We are not trying to be the biggest catering company around. We just focus on making sure the food is cooked and packed on time every single day. It is a lot of routine, but it is what we know how to do. Sometimes the stove breaks or a vegetable delivery is late, but we manage.
