Rajat Caterers

Our setup for Rajat Caterers is located at K/8E Sheikh Sarai Phase II. We are in New Delhi, zip code 110017. It’s not a fancy restaurant or anything like that, just our home base where we organize everything. The kitchen area is where most of the magic happens, obviously. It smells like spices and fried onions most of the morning. We spend a lot of time on the phone coordinating deliveries and making sure we have enough supplies for the next big event. The office part of the building is pretty small and usually has crates of dishes or stacks of napkins waiting to be moved. It’s a bit of a jumble, but we know where everything is. Sheikh Sarai is a decent area, and being in Phase II makes it easy for us to get out to different parts of the city. We don’t have a big sign outside, so people sometimes walk right past us. We’ve been doing this for a long time, and the team is mostly family or people who feel like family. We aren't interested in looking like a big polished company. We just care about the food and making sure it gets where it needs to go on time. The floors are a bit worn down from all the walking back and forth, but that just shows how much work we do. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive place to spend the day.
