We are based at Flat No-120 A in Pkt C of Siddhartha Extension, right here in Delhi. Pure Pahadi Food And Beverages (Opc) Private Limited is mostly about bringing those mountain flavors down to the city. We are a small one-person company, though friends and family often help out when things get busy. The flat is usually full of bags of grains or jars that we’ve sourced from the hills. It’s not a commercial warehouse, just a home-based setup where we handle everything from packing to shipping. I spend a lot of my time talking to people back in the hills to make sure we are getting the right stuff. It’s a lot of work for one person, and sometimes the living room is just full of boxes ready to go. We aren't a big brand you’ll see on TV; we are just trying to provide something authentic. The neighbors in Siddhartha Extension are used to seeing delivery guys coming and going from the flat. It’s a bit of a juggle, keeping the kitchen clean and the inventory organized, but it’s what I enjoy doing. Some days the logistics of getting stuff from the mountains to Delhi are a real headache. But when the stock arrives and it’s good quality, it makes the effort feel right.
