Pizza Suqare

You’ll find us over at C-14, right by the Market Main Gate on Sri Aurobindo Marg. We are directly opposite IIT, so we see a lot of students and young people walking past all day. Pizza Suqare isn't a very complicated place. We have the ovens, the counters, and the space where we work on the dough. It gets really hot near the ovens, especially in the middle of summer. Sri Aurobindo Marg is a very busy road, and there’s always a lot of honking and traffic right outside the gate. We’ve been here at this spot for some time now. We don't really go for any of that corporate polish. The shop is a bit worn in places, but that’s just how it is when you’re working every day. We spend most of our time prepping toppings and making sure the cheese is ready. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when a large group comes in all at once, but we just manage it as best as we can. It’s a simple life, really. We open up, get the heat going, and start making pizzas. We don’t have a big mission statement. We just want to get the orders right and keep the place clean. Being across from the institute means there’s always life around the shop. We’re just a small part of the market here.
