Piccolo Cafe

Piccolo Cafe is a small place located at number 10 in the DDA Market at Panchsheel Enclave. It’s a quiet enough spot compared to the main roads, which is nice for us. We have a few tables where people can sit down, but it’s not very large. Most of our morning is spent getting the coffee machine ready and setting out the chairs. We get a lot of people who live in the enclave just stopping by for a quick drink or a sandwich. It’s mostly just us brewing coffee, washing up the dishes, and making sure the place doesn't look too messy. The bell on the door rings a lot, and we know most of the people who walk through it. We aren't a big corporate coffee shop, so things are a bit more relaxed here. Sometimes we run out of a certain type of bread or the milk delivery is late, and we just have to tell the customers to wait a bit. We spend a lot of time wiping down the tables and checking the fridge. It’s a good little spot for a chat, and we often hear all the local gossip. We don't have any big secrets to our success; we just show up, make the coffee, and try to keep the place tidy for the next person who comes in. It’s just a simple neighborhood cafe life for us.
