Organisers Food Services

We operate Organisers Food Services from Chattarpur, specifically at S-59-60-61. It’s a pretty large space, which we definitely need for all the cooking and storage. When you walk in, you’re usually hit with the smell of whatever we’re prepping for that day, whether it’s spices or just fresh vegetables being chopped. We spend a huge amount of time standing over stoves or packing those big metal food containers. The floors are always being mopped because things get messy fast in a kitchen this size. We aren't the type of place that has a nice dining room for guests; it’s strictly a working kitchen. We started doing this because we knew how to handle large amounts of food without getting overwhelmed, though some days are harder than others. You’ll see our vans parked out front early in the morning, getting loaded up for deliveries. The staff is mostly local people who have been with us for years. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team, we just rely on the fact that people keep calling us back when they have a big function. It’s a lot of sweating and heavy lifting, but we’re used to the grind by now. Chattarpur is a good base for us because we can reach most parts of the city from here. The noise of the exhaust fans is something you just get used to after a while, and it feels strange when it's quiet.
