We are over here in Pushp Vihar, Section 4. It's a busy enough spot and we spend most of our time in the kitchen or behind the bar area. Olive Bar & Kitchen has been around for a bit and we just try to keep things moving. Most days it is just us making sure the tables are set and the food goes out hot. We got the place at 15D and it stays pretty active. The staff knows the regulars by name now. It isn't always quiet here, especially on weekend nights when everyone wants a drink and a bite. We handle a lot of different orders. Sometimes the kitchen gets really loud with all the pans clanking and people shouting out what needs to be cooked next. It is just a normal place where we work hard. We don't have fancy speeches about what we do. We just open the doors and get to work. New Delhi is a fast city so we try to keep up with that. Sometimes we run out of something and have to go find it quickly. It's just how a restaurant goes in this part of town. If you walk past Sec-4 you'll probably see us prepping things early in the morning before the sun gets too high. We just like doing what we do and keeping the place running for whoever stops by. It’s a lot of work but it’s what we know.
