It’s not a big, shiny corporate headquarters. Instead, it’s a few rooms where we handle the logistics and the administrative tasks. We have our desks set up in a way that’s a bit crowded, but it works for us. There’s no big reception desk or fancy waiting area. If someone comes to see us, they usually just find us sitting among piles of paperwork and laptops. We spend most of our time on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don't wear formal clothes or worry about looking corporate. We’re more interested in making sure the restaurants have what they need. The lighting is a bit dim in some parts of the office, but we’ve added a few extra lamps to help out. Being in Malviya Nagar is great because there are so many places to grab a quick snack or a tea during the day. It’s just a normal, everyday office where we do the real work that keeps the business running. It’s not glamorous, but it’s where everything gets organized and sorted out.
