We've been here at East Of Kailash 19 for a while now. Most people around here know the spot. It's just a regular place where we handle the daily orders and keep the kitchen moving. Nirula'S is a name people recognize, but for us, it's just where we show up every morning. The street gets a bit crowded sometimes, especially during the evenings when everyone is heading home or looking for a bite. We don't do anything fancy with the decor or try to act like a high-end spot. It’s mostly just us making sure the food goes out and the tables stay relatively clean. Some of the guys have worked here long enough to know the regulars by their usual orders. It gets loud, the air conditioner hums in the corner, and sometimes we run out of napkins during the big rush. That’s just how it goes, I guess. We don't have a big corporate team sitting here; it's just the few of us in the back and at the counter. We try to keep things simple. If you walk past number 19, you'll see the sign. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood. We keep the lights on and the fridge stocked. Nothing more to it. People come in, eat, and leave. We’re just part of the local landscape in this bit of East of Kailash, doing what we do every day without much fuss or extra noise or anything like that.
