You can find us over in Sangam Vihar at I-13/1182. It’s a very busy neighborhood in New Delhi-62. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The space isn't huge, but we make it work for what we need to do. Most days it’s just the sound of the equipment running and us talking to the customers who walk in. We see a lot of local faces coming in and out every single day. It gets pretty loud during the peak hours, especially on the weekends when everyone is out and about in the market. We try to keep the place tidy, but with so many people, it’s a constant job that never really ends. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we haven't found the time or the money to do it yet. We handle the daily rush as best we can. It’s a lot of standing and moving around for us. My cousin helps out with the deliveries when the traffic isn't too backed up on the main road. Sangam Vihar is a bit of a maze sometimes, but we know our way around the back alleys pretty well by now. We aren't trying to be anything flashy or modern. We just provide what people expect when they walk through the door. The counter is a bit scratched up from years of people leaning on it. It’s a lived-in kind of place. We open early and stay until the street finally gets quiet at night. It’s just how things are here. We’re glad to be part of the community.
