Nirulas

We have been operating here at F-43 in Kalkaji for a long time. Most people around this neighborhood know exactly where we are. It is not a massive space, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our hours getting the food ready and making sure the counters are cleaned up. Kalkaji is a very busy area, so we see a lot of people walking in after they finish work or families coming by on their days off. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the place is full of kids, but we actually like the energy it brings. We are not trying to be a fancy five-star restaurant or anything like that. It is just Nirulas, the same place people have been coming to for years. The staff here has been working together for a while, so we all know what needs to be done without talking too much. We usually open up quite early to get everything set before the lunch rush starts. You will often see us restocking the cabinets or checking the supplies in the back. It is a lot of physical work and we are on our feet all day, but that is the job. The sign outside might be a bit worn out from the sun, but inside it is always the same. People come in for their old favorites, and we try to have it ready quickly. It is a simple setup with no big speeches or glossy menus. Just a local spot in Delhi trying to get through the day.
