Nirula'S

Nirula'S has a spot at L-491 in Sarita Vihar, which is a nice residential part of Delhi. We have been here for a good amount of time, serving the people who live in the blocks nearby. It is not a huge fancy restaurant with a valet; it is just a local place where you can grab a bite. The kitchen is the heart of the operation, and it stays warm and busy from morning until late at night. We spend a lot of our time making sure the floors are mopped and the tables are wiped down for the next person. Sometimes the lunch rush is a bit much, and we all have to jump in to help out, even if it is not our main job. We see the same faces every week, which is nice because it makes the place feel more like a community hub. Sarita Vihar is a quiet area mostly, but our corner stays active. We deal with delivery drivers coming and going constantly, especially when the weather is bad and nobody wants to come out. There is no big marketing team behind us here; it is just us staff members trying to keep the food moving and the customers happy. We have had to fix the plumbing and the lights more times than I can count, but that is just what happens in an older building. It is a simple life here, just keeping the shop running day after day.
