Naac Energy Controls (P) Limited is based at C-23 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-I. Being in Okhla means dealing with the usual industrial park atmosphere. There’s always a truck backing up somewhere or the sound of some machinery in the distance. Our spot is pretty functional. We don't have any of those modern glass walls or bean bag chairs you hear about. It’s mostly just metal desks and files. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it hasn’t really been a priority since we’re usually too busy with the technical side of things. It gets quite warm in the summers here, so the fans are always going full blast. We’ve got a small crew and everyone knows their role. It’s not a place for long speeches or complicated meetings. Usually, we just talk over the desks to figure things out. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power fluctuates, which is just part of being in this area. We like the fact that it’s a working neighborhood. People here are just trying to make a living. We fit right in with that vibe. We’ve been at this address for a good stretch now, and the routine of coming into Okhla every morning has become a big part of our lives. It’s honest work in a busy, dusty part of Delhi. We just keep our heads down and focus on the controls we handle every single day.
