Mirai Restaurant Llp

Our spot is at DSC-245 in the South Court part of DLF Saket. It’s a busy area with the mall right there and people always walking around. We run a restaurant business from here. It’s a lot of work, more than people think when they just see the food. We spend our time managing the staff and making sure the supplies come in fresh. Saket is a high-pressure place to be. You have to keep up with everything. The space we have is functional. It’s not meant for showing off. We just have our tables and chairs and the kitchen stuff. We spend a lot of time on our feet. Sometimes the air conditioning in the building struggles when it gets really hot in Delhi. We just deal with it. We aren't part of some massive chain with hundreds of locations. It’s just us here trying to make something that works. We’ve seen other places open and close in this mall. It makes us realize how much work it takes to stay open. We don't have any fancy secrets. We just show up every day and do the tasks. From cleaning the floors to checking the bills, it’s all part of the job. South Delhi is a good place to be, even if the parking is a nightmare. We’re happy to be here at DSC-245. It’s been a long journey and we just take it one day at a time.
