Millennium Impex

Millennium Impex is up on the 3rd floor of No. 5 on Sailing Club Lane. This is in the Batla House area of Okhla, which is always bustling with activity. Getting up to the third floor is a bit of a workout every morning since the stairs are steep. Our office overlooks the street, so we can see everything going on down below. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small businesses packed together. Inside, our space is mostly filled with samples and desks. We try to keep things in order, but when a new shipment comes in, it can get a bit chaotic for a day or two. The building is quite old and you can hear the sounds from the other floors pretty clearly. We spend most of our time on the phone or responding to emails. It’s not a quiet place to work, but the energy of the area keeps us going. Sometimes the electricity goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break and sit by the window for a bit. We’ve been operating from this location for quite some time now. Most people find us through word of mouth rather than a big sign. It’s just a small team of us working hard to keep things moving. We don't have anything fancy, just the tools we need to do our job every day.
