Maxims Foods

We are located at 1560 in Gali No. 13, over in Govindpuri. It’s part of the Kalkaji area in New Delhi. This part of the city is always crowded and the streets are quite narrow, so it’s always a bit of a scramble when our supplies arrive. Maxims Foods isn't a big factory or anything. It’s just a place where we prepare and package food items. We have a few stoves and some stainless steel tables where we do all the work. It’s mostly just a few of us in the back getting things ready. We don't have a fancy storefront where you can come and eat. We mainly focus on getting the food made and sent out to the people who order it. It’s hard work and the kitchen gets really hot in the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We don't use any big marketing words to describe what we do. We just try to make sure the food is clean and tastes like it should. Sometimes we run out of ingredients and have to run down to the local market to grab more. It’s a very hands-on kind of business. We spend a lot of time cleaning up at the end of the day because hygiene is the main thing we worry about. It’s a small, local operation, and we’re just trying to keep the orders moving every day.
