Master Products

Master Products is located at C-8A in Dayanand Colony, which is part of Lajpat Nagar IV. It’s a nice area, feels a bit more like a home than a cold industrial park. Our office is on the ground level, which makes it easy for people to drop by. We’ve been in this spot for years. The room is filled with the various things we handle, and it often feels a bit cramped, but we know where every single item is located. We don’t have a big staff. It’s just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We start the day by opening the shutters and letting some air in, though the Delhi dust comes in too. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear suits or anything like that. We just wear what's comfortable for a long day of work. Our desks are covered in notebooks and pens because we still like writing things down. The neighborhood is full of families and other small businesses, so it feels very grounded. Sometimes we chat with the neighbors over the wall or share some snacks. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy showroom or corporate talk. We just want to provide what we have and do a decent job of it. It’s a quiet life, mostly, interrupted by the busy periods when we have a lot of orders to fill. We just take it as it comes and try to stay organized through the clutter and the noise.
