Lime N Chilli

We are located over at C-218 in Defence Colony, New Delhi- 110024. Most people just call the area Def Col. It is a pretty well-known part of the city, and we are tucked away in the C-block. Lime N Chilli is the name on the door, though we don't have a giant neon sign or anything like that. It is more of a modest setup. The neighborhood is full of trees and nice houses, and it feels a bit quieter than the main markets. We spend our days here at C-218 getting things ready and making sure everything is in order. It’s a nice place to work because of the surroundings. Sometimes we take a walk during lunch to get some air. The office itself is just a regular room with some tables and chairs. We don't go in for all that corporate polish. We just like to keep it simple and honest. Dealing with the day-to-day operations of Lime N Chilli keeps us pretty busy. The 110024 area is a good spot to be in because it’s central but still has its own personality. We see the same people walking their dogs every day. It’s a comfortable routine. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just want to do our work and go home. That is how we have always done it here in Defence Colony. It’s a steady place for us and we like the slow pace of the street outside our window.
