Kwality Departmental Store

We have been here in Kailash Colony for a long time now. The shop is right on the ground floor of HS-19, just a short walk from the PNB Bank in the main market. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. My family and I try to keep everything people need on the shelves, from soap to snacks. Sometimes it’s a bit cramped inside when a lot of customers come at once, but we manage. Delhi summers are tough, so we try to keep the place a bit cool for anyone stepping in from the street. You might see us unloading crates or just chatting with the neighbors who have been coming here for years. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular departmental store where you can grab your milk or bread. We know most of the faces that walk through the door by name. Sometimes the traffic outside near the market is a mess, but that is just how Kailash Colony is. We open up early and stay until the market starts to quiet down. It’s a lot of work keeping track of all the different items, but it keeps us busy. If you are looking for the PNB Bank, we are right there next to it. Nothing special, just us doing our daily work and making sure the neighborhood has a place to get their supplies without going too far.
