Kutch Agro Dairy Farm

Our place is at B-63 in Okhla Phase-I, right in the middle of the industrial area. It’s a bit of a gray place with all the factories, but Kutch Agro Dairy Farm is what we do here. We deal with milk and dairy products every single day. It starts very early in the morning, usually before the sun is even up properly. The trucks come in and we have to move fast. There is a lot of cleaning to do because dairy needs everything to be spotless. It’s a lot of washing floors and tanks. We have a few machines that help with the processing. It gets quite cold in the storage areas, which is good when the Delhi heat kicks in outside. The staff here has been with us for a good while. We all know the routine. It’s hard work, lifting heavy crates and watching the temperatures. We don't have a fancy front desk or anything like that. It's an industrial unit, so it looks like one. People come by for pickups and the street gets quite busy with traffic. We just focus on getting the milk ready and out the door. It’s a basic business. We don’t do anything fancy, just standard dairy work. It's what we know how to do best here in Okhla. We just keep the milk moving every day and try to stay organized.
