Brahmani Dairy Farm

Brahmani Dairy Farm is located at A-173, Kalkaji. Being in a residential area like Kalkaji makes things feel a bit different for us. We aren't in a big industrial park or a tall office building. We operate from this specific address and it feels very much like a part of the local neighborhood. Our mornings start much earlier than most people’s. Usually, by four or five in the morning, things are already moving around here. We have to handle the dairy products while it is still cool outside. There is a lot of cleaning involved in what we do, so the sound of running water is pretty constant throughout the day. We know most of the people on the street by their first names. They see us coming and going with our containers and delivery bikes. The office part of A-173 is just a small room with a desk and a few chairs for guests. We don't spend much time sitting down anyway. Most of the work is physical and keeps us on our feet. Sometimes we have neighbors stop by just to chat for a minute while we are working. It is a very grounded way to live and work. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the cows and the milk and making sure everything is fresh for the day. Kalkaji is a busy place, but our little corner stays focused.
