Lajpat Nagar-II is always a busy place to be, and our office at O-36 on the second floor is right in the middle of it. At Arm Bio Organics Pvt Ltd, we mostly focus on organic products and how to get them to the people who need them. It’s a climb up the stairs to get to us, but once you're inside, it’s a bit quieter than the market outside. We have stacks of samples sitting around on the desks and a lot of folders filled with supplier details. The air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but we don't mind it as long as it keeps the room cool. Most of the day is spent on the phone or responding to emails about shipments. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people; it’s just a small group of us trying to make sure things go out on time. Sometimes the courier guys get lost finding the building because the numbering on this street is a little confusing. We usually have to go down to the street to wave them down. Lunch is usually something picked up from one of the stalls nearby. It's practical work, nothing too exciting, just making sure the bio products are handled right and the orders are correct. We don’t really do big meetings, we just talk across the desks when something needs to get sorted out. It is a straightforward way to run a business and it works for us.
