Kumar Store & Dairy

We are located at A-374 on the main road of Defence Colony. It is a well-known spot and we have been serving the people around here for a long time. The day starts very early for us, usually before the sun is even up, because the milk vans arrive at four or five in the morning. We have to get the crates inside and organized before the morning walkers start stopping by for their daily supplies. It is a small shop but we keep it packed with all the essentials like eggs, bread, and different types of dairy products. The fridge hums loudly all day long and that is basically the soundtrack to our lives here. We know most of our customers by their first names because they have been coming to us for years. Sometimes someone forgets their wallet and we just tell them to pay next time, that is just how it works in a neighborhood like this. The main road can get quite congested in the evenings, which makes parking a bit of a nightmare for people, but they still find a way to pop in. We do not have a computer system for billing, we just use a pen and a notebook for most things. It is an old-fashioned way of doing things but it has worked for us so far. We are just a regular corner store trying to keep the shelves full and the milk cold.
