We are located on the second floor of 58 B in Sarita Vihar, specifically in Pocket M and N. It's a regular commercial building and we have been here for several years now. Our office is usually filled with boxes of equipment and technical manuals. We deal with various types of machinery and parts for industrial use. It is a lot of sitting at the computer and talking to people on the phone about specifications. The stairs up to the office are a bit narrow, so it's a struggle when we have to move parts around. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. There’s a small pantry in the back where we make tea and eat our lunch. We know the other businesses in the building pretty well. Most of our work involves keeping track of orders and making sure the right equipment gets delivered to the right places. It can be a bit stressful when a part is delayed, but we just do our best to fix it. We are a small team and we’ve worked together for a long time. The neighborhood is mostly quiet, which is nice. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just running a standard equipment business. It keeps us busy from morning till evening. We just keep our heads down and handle the tasks as they come in.
