You can find us at Shop No C 383/1B over in Azad Nagar East, right near Jamuna Park. Khana Madhosh isn't a big operation. We’re a small shop and we like it that way. The area around here stays pretty active with people coming and going from the park. We opened up because we wanted to have a place in this part of town where we could just cook and serve people. There’s no big management team or anything polished about us. It’s mostly just the smells from the kitchen and the sound of the traffic outside. We’ve got a few stools, but a lot of people just grab their food and head home. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’re more concerned with what’s happening on the stove. Sometimes the delivery bikes pile up out front and it gets a little chaotic with all the noise. That’s just part of being in Azad Nagar. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a local kitchen doing our best to get the orders right. The menu is simple and we stick to what we know. If you're walking around Jamuna Park, you’ll probably see our sign. It’s not flashy. It’s just us, every day, making sure there’s food ready for whoever walks through the door. We’re just glad to be a small part of this neighborhood and keep things going without making it complicated.
