We are located at 465-466 in Raj Nagar. Having two units like that gives us a bit more breathing room, which is nice because things can get pretty crowded. Kashmir Specialities is basically run by a small group of us who know the ins and outs of 465-466 like the back of our hands. Raj Nagar is a decent area, though it has its busy days when finding a spot to pull over is nearly impossible. Inside, the shelves are usually full, and there is always that specific smell of the products we keep. We don’t have a fancy marketing team or a bunch of people in meetings. Most of our time is spent checking the stock, answering the phone, and making sure the orders are going to the right places. It is a lot of physical work, moving things between 465 and 466 throughout the day. The floors are concrete and the lighting is just standard tubes, nothing like what you’d see in a mall. We like the grit of it. It feels like we are actually part of the neighborhood. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to tidy up the back area, but usually, there is a steady stream of stuff to handle. We have been here at Raj Nagar for a while and don’t plan on going anywhere. It is a solid place to work.
