Kanchan Dewan

I've been here at Sainik Farms for a while now. My place is right on Eastern Avenue, at number 91 D. It’s a quiet spot, and most people around here know where it is. I started Kanchan Dewan just to handle things locally. It’s not a big operation with lots of employees or anything like that. It’s mostly just me taking care of the day-to-day stuff from this address. People sometimes find the entrance a bit tricky because of how the lanes are laid out, but once you’re on Eastern Avenue, it’s easy enough to spot the gate. I’ve spent a lot of time getting things set up just right. The house serves as the main point for everything I do. I don't really have a fancy office or a big sign outside. It’s more of a personal setup where I can focus on my work without too much noise. Living and working in the same area has its perks, mostly because I don't have to deal with the city traffic every morning. I've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but 91 D has stayed pretty much the same. If someone needs to find me, they usually just call or drop by. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. I prefer it this way instead of having some big corporate building in a busy commercial area. It feels more like home. The garden outside needs some work, but it makes the place look lived in.
