K K Mani

We run K K Mani out of H 306 in the Alaknanda Yamuna Apartments. It is a quiet residential area, which makes it a nice place to work compared to the busy main roads. This is not a big glass office building with a receptionist. It is just our workspace where we handle our daily tasks and paperwork. Most of our neighbors know us, and we have been here for a good number of years now. We usually have the window open to catch the breeze, and you can hear the birds or the kids playing in the complex while we work. Our desk is usually covered in folders and notebooks because we still like to write things down by hand sometimes. It feels more real that way. People come by to drop off documents or just to talk through some things they need help with. We try to keep things simple and direct. We aren't interested in being a huge firm with hundreds of employees. We like the personal feel of working from the apartments. It allows us to take our time and really look at what needs to be done without being rushed by a corporate clock. We have our tea breaks, we talk to the security guards at the gate, and we just keep our business moving along steadily. It is a modest setup, but it works well for us and the people who come to see us here. We don't need much else to get the job done.
