Awanish Sinha

I am Awanish Sinha and I work out of my place in Lajpat Nagar IV. The address is 12206 Vikram Vihar. It is a quiet residential pocket compared to the main Lajpat market which is always packed. I have lived and worked in this area for a long time. People around here know me as a neighbor first. My setup is quite simple. I have a room dedicated to my work where I keep all my books and documents. It is not like a big corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, if someone wants to meet, they just call and come over. Vikram Vihar is a nice part of the city with some trees and decent parks nearby. I've thought about moving to a bigger office before, but Vikram Vihar is just so convenient. My family is here and I know all the local shopkeepers by name. It’s nice to have a work-life balance that doesn't involve a two-hour commute. When clients come to 12206, we usually just sit in the front room and talk. There's no pressure and no corporate jargon. I try to keep my schedule flexible so I can help people when they actually need it. Lajpat Nagar IV is a bit more relaxed than the other blocks. My workspace is a bit cluttered with papers and books, but that's just how I work best. I still like writing things down in my notepad. It’s a very old-school way of running things.
