Equity Law Associates

We are located over by India Gate, in the 479-544 area. It’s a famous spot, so it's usually easy for people to find the general vicinity, though the specific building takes a minute to locate. We are Equity Law Associates. Our office isn't what you might expect for a law place. It’s pretty basic. We have shelves full of old books and stacks of files that seem to grow every week. We spend a lot of time reading through documents and writing things up. It’s just a few of us here. We don't have a big reception desk or a person to open the door. Usually, one of us just looks up from our desk when someone walks in. The windows look out towards the busier streets. We’ve been doing this for a while, and we’ve seen all sorts of cases come through. It’s mostly local people or small businesses who need some help with their legal papers. We try to keep things simple and explain what’s going on without using too many big words. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some filing, especially when there’s a deadline. It’s quiet work for the most part, except for the sound of the traffic outside. We like being near such a central part of the city. It makes us feel like we are in the middle of everything, even if our office is just a plain, small room. We focus on the details and try to get the paperwork right for every person.
