Jannat General Store

If you are looking for Jannat General Store, we are at Plot No. 17 in New Friends Colony. This is right in the Okhla Industrial Area and we are quite close to the old Grandlay Cinema. Being in an industrial area means things are always moving and it’s never really quiet. We get a mix of workers from the nearby factories and people who live in the colony. The shop is full of snacks, drinks, and daily household items. We try to keep things organized but with people coming in and out all day, it gets messy pretty fast. We spend a lot of time restocking the shelves because things sell out quickly here. The air is always a bit heavy with the smell of the city and the nearby industry. We have a small counter where we sit and wait for the next customer. Sometimes we talk to the regulars about the movies that used to play at the cinema or just about the weather. It is a practical kind of place. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights, just what is necessary to run a shop. We stay open late because people in Okhla work all sorts of shifts.
