We are located in Zakir Nagar, specifically at 9B, Flat No. 2 in Gali No. 22. It’s deep inside Jamia Nagar, which is a very lively area with lots of people and narrow streets. Our place is more of a home-style setup rather than a big commercial store. We spend our time preparing and handling food items right here. It can get pretty cramped in the kitchen when we have a lot to do, but we are used to it. The gali outside is always full of activity, especially in the evenings when everyone is out. We don’t have a big storefront with bright lights. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live in the same block. It’s a quiet way to run a food business, but it works for us. We focus on getting the flavors right and making sure everything is clean. Since we are in a flat, it feels more personal. Sometimes the delivery guys have a bit of trouble finding Gali 22, but once they know the way, it’s fine. We do everything ourselves, from buying the ingredients to packing things up. It’s not a corporate operation at all. It's just a small team in a neighborhood we know well. We've been in Zakir Nagar for some time and we like the community vibe here. Every day is a bit different depending on what people are ordering for their meals or events.
