Instant Host Catering Company

Instant Host Catering Company is based out of Okhla Industrial Estate Phase II, at D S I D C 53. It’s an industrial area, so things are always moving and noisy around here. We have our kitchen set up to handle all the catering work we do. It’s not a restaurant where you come to sit down, it’s more of a workspace where we get everything ready to go out to different events. We spend a lot of time loading trucks and checking lists. The Okhla area is always busy with traffic, so we have to plan our timing carefully so the food isn't sitting in the van too long. We’ve got a team that stays pretty focused on the cooking part. It’s hot in the back and there’s always a lot of cleaning to do after a big job is finished. We don’t really have a fancy front office, just the industrial space where the work happens. We’ve been at this for some time now and we know the layout of the city pretty well from all the driving. It’s a practical business. We make the food, pack it up, and get it where it needs to be. Sometimes things go perfectly and sometimes we’re scrambling because of the Delhi traffic, but that’s just how the catering life is. We just keep our heads down and work. It isn't always glamorous but it keeps us busy and we like the pace of it.
