Hot N Chilly

Down in Rohini Sector 11 at C-5/107 you will find our small place called Hot N Chilly where we spend most of our time cooking up quick meals. It is a typical local spot where the kitchen is always hot and there is usually a bit of a wait when the evening rush starts. We have a few tables but many people just take their food and go back to their homes or offices nearby. The menu is simple and we don’t try to do too many things at once because it’s better to just stick to what we know. The address at C-5/107 is easy to find if you are familiar with the blocks in Sector 11 and we get a lot of students and young people coming in after their classes. We spend a lot of time chopping vegetables and making sure the sauces are ready for the pans. It gets quite noisy with the exhaust fan going and the sound of the stove but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. Some days are slower than others especially when it rains but usually there is someone knocking on the counter for an order. We just keep our heads down and work through the orders as they come in. It isn't a fancy restaurant by any means but it’s our place and we do our best to keep it running for the people in Rohini who just want something decent to eat and maybe a cold drink to go with it.
