We’ve been operating out of A-4 in the Okhla Industrial Area for quite some time now. Phase-I is always busy with trucks and people moving about, and our place is right in the middle of that noise. Dealing with carbides isn't fancy work. It's mostly about managing the stock, keeping the machines running, and making sure the orders go out to the right people on time. Some days the dust gets everywhere and the heat in the workshop is a lot to handle, but we just get on with it. The staff here mostly lives nearby or takes the metro. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a practical space where we do our daily jobs. You’ll usually find someone at the front desk handling the paperwork while the rest of the guys are in the back dealing with the actual materials. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just how things are around here. We know the neighbors and the tea stall guy knows exactly how we like our chai. It’s a straightforward setup. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. As long as the carbide pieces are processed correctly and the logistics are sorted, we’re satisfied with how the day went. There is always something to do and we just take it one day at a time.
