Hindustaan Gums & Resins

Our facility is located at 3301, Phase-Iv, Gidc, Vatwa. If you’ve ever been to the GIDC area, you know it’s all business. There aren't many trees, just factories and trucks. We deal with gums and resins here at Hindustaan Gums & Resins. It is a very hands-on job. Most of our day is spent watching the processing units and making sure the batches are turning out the way they should. It can get quite hot and dusty on the floor, especially during the summer months. We don't wear fancy clothes here because everything gets covered in dust or residue pretty quickly. The team is mostly local guys who have been with us for years. We know how the machines sound when they are running right and when they aren't. We don't have a glossy brochure or a sales team. We just fulfill the orders as they come in. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just process raw materials into something useful for other industries. The work is repetitive sometimes, but it’s what we know. We take our breaks together and talk about regular things. It’s a practical life in an industrial zone, and we don't really look for anything more than that.
