Healthgenie India Pvt. Ltd operates out of B-13 in Okhla Phase 2. This part of Okhla is very industrial, so you’ll see lots of trucks and workers moving around all day long. B-13 is a sturdy building that has seen plenty of action over the years. We aren't in a shiny high-rise; we’re in the middle of the industrial grit where things actually get built and shipped. Inside Healthgenie India Pvt. Ltd, it’s a mix of office space and storage. We have people on phones and computers, and others busy with the actual physical products. It gets pretty loud during the day with the sounds of the neighborhood—other factories and workshops are all around us. We don’t have much in the way of fancy furniture or art on the walls. It’s a place for work, and that’s about it. Most of us have our own ways of managing the busy schedule, whether it’s a quick tea break or just putting our heads down to get through the emails. Okhla Phase 2 can be a bit of a challenge to navigate if you're not used to the layout, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just keep our heads down and try to make sure everything at B-13 runs as smoothly as possible. It is a straightforward, no-nonsense environment where everyone knows what their job is and gets on with it. We just do the best we can every day.
