Green Kashmir Haat

We are located in Khanpur Ext, tucked away near the Ambedkar Nagar Bus Terminal. You can find us at F-53, which is part of Vijay Kumar Bhart’s place. It’s a lively area because of the buses constantly coming and going. The air is always full of noise and the smell of street food. Inside our space, things are a bit different. We have stacks of goods brought in from Kashmir, like woolens and different kinds of hand-crafted items. It’s a bit cramped because we try to fit as much as we can on the shelves. There isn't a fancy display window. You just walk in and see what we have available that day. We spend a lot of time unpacking crates and checking the quality of what arrives. Some days are slow, and we just sit and talk with the regular customers who stop by for a chat. Other days, when the weather turns cold, it gets really busy with people looking for something warm. We aren't a big retail chain. It’s just a local spot where we handle things personally. We deal with a lot of dust from the bus terminal, so we are constantly cleaning the covers. It’s a simple setup, and we like it that way. We just focus on getting the items out to the people who need them. It’s a good, honest way to spend the day.
