Over at D-12 in Kailash Colony, things are a bit different for us at Golden Rose Impex Pvt. Ltd. Being in a residential-commercial mix like this means it’s a bit quieter than an industrial zone, but we still keep very busy. Our office is where all the import and export coordination happens. There are usually files scattered across the tables and the phones are ringing more often than I’d like. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different time zones, so someone is always coming in early or staying late to catch a call. It’s not a big, polished headquarters. It’s just a practical space where we can track shipments and handle the banking. The neighborhood is nice, and we often step out to get some fresh air or a coffee from the shops nearby. We don’t have a formal dress code; we just wear whatever is comfortable for sitting at a desk all day. Sometimes the internet goes out and we all just sit around for a bit until it comes back on, which is a nice break if we're being honest. We’ve been in Kailash Colony for a good stretch of time and like the vibe here. It’s a lot of tracking numbers and making sure boxes get where they’re supposed to go. It’s simple work, but it keeps us on our toes every single day we are here.
