We are up on the 3rd floor at 391 Zakir Nagar. It’s right near the SBI Bank. If you are coming from New Friends Colony, it’s just opposite. The stairs can be a bit of a climb on hot days, especially if the power is out. We deal with agricultural stuff, mostly. The office is usually quiet unless the phones are ringing off the hook. We have a few people here handling the accounts and the logistics. It's a busy neighborhood with a lot going on in the streets below. You can hear the market noise even from the third floor. We don't have a big fancy sign outside. Most people who come to see us already know where we are. We've been in this spot for a while. It’s a bit cramped with all the files and samples, but we make it work for us. Sometimes we sit around and talk about the crops or the weather because that’s what matters in this business. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basic stuff we need to stay organized. It’s an honest living. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we aren't. Dealing with agro products means you stay grounded. We just focus on the day-to-day tasks and make sure the orders are moving along. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do a good job.
